TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge.
• No Delivery/Transportation Charges on selected areas in Paranaque City.  A minimum delivery/transportation fee applies for areas outside Paranaque City.
• Additional service charge of Php85/floor/waited for venues without service elevator.
• Caterrific books events on a first-come-first-served basis.
• 20% non-refundable reservation fee; 60% down payment at least one month before the event; 20% full payment one week before the event.
• Discounted rates shall apply for loyal customers who have booked with Caterrific for at least three (3) times within a period of one (1) year, regardless of the event.
• Cancellation of Bookings:  10% of the contract price will be kept if the cancellation is made three (3) days before the event and 25% will be forfeited for any cancellation made one (1) day before the event.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless conforme has been signed and down payment has been received.
